Before scheduling a consultation, please review the following to see if my practice is the right fit for you.
We may be a good fit if:
You understand that I do not accept insurance.
You feel ready to begin therapy and are motivated to actively engage in the process.
You are able to attend sessions weekly, at least to start.
You are seeking outpatient therapy and are not currently in crisis.
You are looking for a collaborative, skills-building approach to therapy.
We may not be the right fit if:
You are looking for an in-network provider or plan to use insurance.
You are unsure when you want to start therapy or are just exploring options.
You are seeking crisis support, intensive services, or a higher level of care.
You are not able to commit to regular sessions.
If my practice does not feel like the right fit right now, I encourage you to continue exploring providers who may better meet your needs.
